Mancini’s Sleepworld is hiring one full-time Warehouse Administrator (CSR) to support internal and external customers, FedEx, UPS, and out-of-area LTL shipping. The role handles customer inquiries, payment processing, shipping documentation, order tracking, inventory reporting, store transfers, claims, and cross-functional issue resolution. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of customer service or logistics experience, proficiency with data entry, Microsoft Excel, and Word, and the ability to lift at least 25 pounds. The position pays $21.00–$23.00 per hour and is available Thursday through Monday from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
