The Warehouse Operations Manager oversees all warehouse operations, including air and ocean export, gateway, and domestic shipments. Responsibilities include freight receiving, counting, reconciliation, damage and overage/shortage handling, dangerous goods compliance, security, customer service, productivity, training, and operational audits. The role reports to a Warehouse Lead, Warehouse Supervisor, or Warehouse Manager and requires logistics knowledge, software proficiency, English proficiency, and a preferred forklift license.
