Description
The Warehouse and Customs Brokerage Supervisor oversees warehouse and customs brokerage operations, supervises and develops staff, monitors gross and net performance, reduces dwell times, manages warehouse receipts and work orders, ensures compliance with customs regulations and company policies, supports billing and financial controls, and maintains customer and business relationships. The role requires at least two years of supervisory experience and two years of distribution or warehouse operations experience; a bachelor's degree in foreign trade or equivalent education and experience is preferred, along with English and Spanish fluency.
