Description
The Warehouse & Dispatch Team Leader will oversee the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse and shipping department, ensuring orders reach customers on time, correctly, and to a high quality standard. The role involves directing and coaching employees, monitoring schedules and operational activities, maintaining quality, safety, and productivity, improving processes, organizing goods and shipping flow, collaborating with other departments, and monitoring KPIs. Candidates should have leadership experience in logistics, warehousing, or production, strong coaching and organizational skills, and experience with warehouse or ERP systems is a plus.
