Description
The Warehouse Operations Manager reports to the Operations Manager and leads daily warehouse operations, including scheduling, staff management, budget and P&L oversight, inventory control, warehouse management system use, safety, equipment maintenance, and coordination with sales and customer service. The role requires at least four years of supervisory or managerial experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain, strong leadership and analytical skills, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work autonomously in an 8- to 12-hour shift. A bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
