Description
IKEA Southampton is hiring Warehouse Assistants, also called Fulfilment Operations Co-workers, to support product availability in its fulfilment team. The role involves manual handling of heavy stock, operating forklift trucks and other heavy machinery, and following safety protocols. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, able to prioritise work, use IT systems, work independently and collaboratively, and be comfortable with manual handling. Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential. The start date is 25 October 2026, with contracts and shifts of 20–24 hours per week, £13.45 per hour, and a night-shift allowance of £2.25 per hour.
