IKEA is hiring Warehouse Assistants for its Fulfilment team at the Follingsby Park warehouse near Washington, with possible occasional store work. The role involves receiving stock, picking and preparing large volumes of online and in-store orders, checking order accuracy, handling returns, maintaining warehouse standards, and working with delivery partners and internal systems. Two schedules are offered: 24 hours per week and 16 hours per week, both working five days over seven between 6:00am and 9:00pm.
