Description
The Warehouse Assistant supports Molinari Pools’ warehouse, inventory, receiving, fleet, chemical, asset, and facility operations. Responsibilities include staging materials for field technicians, receiving and entering shipments into NetSuite, maintaining inventory and cycle counts, preparing vehicles and equipment, handling pool chemicals safely, responding to urgent field requests, and keeping the warehouse and facilities organized. The role reports to the Facilities & Asset Manager and requires reliability, organization, hands-on warehouse and facilities work, computer and inventory-system proficiency, and adherence to safety procedures.
