Cummins is hiring a Warehouse Assistant for its Engines business unit in San Luis Potosi. The role involves receiving and validating shipments, identifying discrepancies, operating PIVs and forklifts, maintaining inventory knowledge, using Oracle or another inventory control system, and applying basic Excel and computer skills. Required qualifications include kanban replenishment knowledge, physical inventory knowledge, industrial safety knowledge, PEPS knowledge, forklift operation, and a DC-3 license or endorsing certificate, along with teamwork, communication, customer focus, quality decision-making, results orientation, responsibility, self-development, efficiency, and work cleanliness.
