Description
The Warehouse Assistant General Manager assists the General Manager in overseeing warehouse operations, departments, staffing, safety, quality, efficiency, budgets, and team performance. The role acts as General Manager when absent, reports incidents and personnel time off, trains and supervises team members, and maintains morale and continuous improvement. It is a full-time salaried exempt position requiring on-site availability, a high school diploma or equivalent, forklift certification, a valid driver’s license, and drug testing; healthcare begins after 60 days of employment.
