Description
The Warehouse Associate will receive, sort, and categorize donated goods; identify items for retail and special sales; operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and balers; load and unload trucks at the dock; maintain production tallies and assist with inventory; and keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. The role requires reliability, a positive attitude, willingness to learn, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods, and comfort with bending, reaching, and repetitive tasks. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, material handling experience is a plus, and compensation is $16–$18 per hour based on experience.
