BrightFarms is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a 2nd-shift role paying $21.00 per hour plus a $2.00 per hour night-shift differential, for a total of $23.00 per hour. The role supports shipping, receiving, storage, inventory control, cycle counts, outbound picking and labeling, waste disposal, and coordination with 3PL providers in a large-scale greenhouse production facility. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, powered equipment experience, GMP/GWP knowledge, mechanical aptitude, teamwork, and the ability to work with moderate supervision; forklift certification is preferred.
