Description
The Warehouse Associate receives, inspects, counts, stores, rotates, picks, and loads cold-chain products; operates forklifts and other warehouse equipment; maintains inventory accuracy; and follows safety and quality procedures. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, prior high-reach forklift or warehouse training, physical ability to lift and work in cold temperatures, and availability for overtime. Full-time employees not under contract may receive 401K and educational assistance after one year, Blue Cross Blue Shield after 30 days, and company life insurance.
