Description
InProduction is hiring a full-time, direct-hire Warehouse Associate to handle incoming and outgoing shipments, inspect products, pack and ship finished goods, load and unload vehicles, operate delivery vehicles, maintain machinery, and support safe facility operations. The role may occasionally assist with local job sites and requires physical work outdoors, continuous standing, and lifting up to 75 pounds. A high school or equivalent education is required, while Spanish-English bilingual ability, forklift experience or license, and truck-loading experience are preferred. Compensation is $21–$23 hourly with overtime pay, and benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, short-term disability, a 401(k) match, paid holidays, and a floating holiday.
