Description
The Brand Associate maintains customer relationships and supports entry-level warehouse operations and in-store activities for retail and food service customers. Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, stocking and rotating perishable products, picking and packing orders, completing food safety and sanitation tasks, monitoring cooler temperatures, pricing retail items, checking expiration dates, setting up deli displays, maintaining showcases, updating POS materials, and engaging consumers through product sampling. The role requires a flexible schedule with occasional weekend work, a high school diploma or equivalent, English proficiency, 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in a refrigerated environment.
