Description
Creative Realities is hiring a Warehouse Technician to support configuration and logistics for digital signage hardware and software. The role involves configuring and imaging computers, tablets, and other devices; testing and troubleshooting hardware and software; documenting configuration and troubleshooting procedures; coordinating with project managers; updating software; verifying shipment contents; and picking and packing outbound shipments. The position reports to the Warehouse Operations Manager and requires device configuration and imaging experience, shipping and receiving experience, troubleshooting skills, hardware knowledge, Microsoft 365 proficiency, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds.
