Description
The Picker monitors shift output, communicates targets and instructions to associates, leads the allocation team, supports DHL operational initiatives, provides performance feedback, and ensures picking follows SOPs and work instructions. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, warehouse experience or willingness to work without it, physical ability to handle heavy lifting and manual labor, strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment. The Picker is assigned to Northpoint 2, Bustos, Bulacan.
