EquipmentShare is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to support the picking, packing, shipping, truck loading and unloading, kit building, receiving, and shipping of internal and external orders. The role requires following warehouse SOPs and safety procedures, attending pre-shift meetings, maintaining accuracy, and performing physical warehouse work. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of work experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and cross-functionally; ERP, Microsoft and Google systems, and forklift or order-picker experience are advantageous.
