Description
The Warehouse Associate supports warehouse and shipping operations by picking, packing, and preparing customer orders; receiving and storing incoming shipments; performing cycle counts; processing returns; and operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment. The role also handles shipping documentation, carrier coordination, package weighing, and inventory records, while requiring basic agricultural or construction equipment knowledge, computer and shipping software experience, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Forklift certification is required, and warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
