The role involves selecting and packing parts, loading shipments, using an RF scanner, checking quality, and handling varied warehouse tasks. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18, be able to stand for extended periods and climb short ladders, and be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
