Description
The Returns Processing Specialist unpacks, verifies, and sorts customer return packages; enters return data and updates inventory; handles exceptions such as incorrect addresses or transit damage; follows up on replacement shipments and product exchanges; maintains return documentation; and generates reports. The role requires U.S. work authorization, daily English communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong organization and communication skills, and is paid at $17.00 per hour plus overtime.
