Description
The Warehouse Backup Driver works under the direction of warehouse leadership to unload and load semi-trailers and route trucks, pick, pull, and put away tires and products, operate warehouse equipment, verify shipments, and support warehouse operations. The role requires a valid driver’s license, Route Driver Level I qualifications, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, work in non-climate-controlled conditions, and operate safely with a forklift, tire cart, pallet jack, and order picker. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., with benefits including 401K matching, tuition assistance, healthcare after 90 days, paid time off, and referral and profit-sharing bonuses.
