The role supports crane operations by assisting with loading and unloading trucks, securing loads, guiding lifting operations, operating a forklift, storing materials, picking and assembling items, inspecting equipment, supporting inventory activities, and performing general warehousing and housekeeping tasks. Candidates need warehousing, construction, or logistics experience, a valid forklift license, German language skills, physical resilience, teamwork, and willingness to work a two-shift system; rigger or crane-environment experience and a class B driver’s license are advantageous.
