SanMar is hiring a Warehouse Associate II for its Ashland, Virginia distribution center. The role supports warehouse inventory by loading and unloading trailers, moving product with powered equipment, organizing storage areas, preparing shipments, verifying inventory reports, maintaining records, and resolving discrepancies. The second-shift schedule runs Monday through Friday from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, with starting pay of $18.50 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential. The position requires 1–3 years of warehouse experience, strong organization and communication skills, the ability to operate radio-frequency equipment, and willingness to work mandatory overtime, including weekends.
