Cencora is hiring a full-time Distribution Center Associate to support pharmaceutical distribution in the United States through AmerisourceBergen. The role performs order fulfillment, stocking, picking, packing, outbound shipping, cycle counting, receiving verification, and product tracking in a climate-controlled facility. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, with Sunday from 2:00 PM until finish and Monday through Thursday from 4:00 PM until finish, plus possible overtime. Pay starts at $20.00 with potential up to $24.53 through shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; warehouse or distribution experience of one year or less is preferred. The role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, walk up to 8 miles per shift, and stand for long periods.
