Description
The Warranty Team Member supports the efficient processing of returns and defective or damaged automotive parts by logging eCommerce returns, inspecting and repairing packaging and products, and using MAM (Autopart) systems to process RMA and credit requests. The role also coordinates with Sales on customer issues, supports warehouse operations, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, computer and organizational skills, familiarity with inventory management systems, and the ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly. The position is based in a warehouse with occasional outdoor exposure and offers health, dental, and vision insurance plus other benefits.
