The role involves efficiently picking customer orders with handheld RF scanners, building pallets, packing and shipping orders, operating an electric pallet jack, and maintaining safety, quality, and production standards. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, warehouse or fulfillment center experience, RF scanner experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds.
