Description
The Warehouse Operations Coordinator supports day-to-day warehouse activities by coordinating receiving, storage, order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory control. The role works with warehouse staff, carriers, vendors, and internal teams to maintain accurate records, schedule shipments, resolve operational issues, prepare shipping documentation, support workflow planning, and monitor warehouse performance metrics. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of relevant warehouse or distribution experience, warehouse management system knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel. The position typically works in a warehouse or distribution environment and may involve standing, walking, lifting, material handling equipment, and variable schedules including weekends and peak-season overtime.
