Description
The MCFW Coordinator ensures smooth daily coordination of goods flows for multiple customers by organizing inbound and outbound processes, monitoring inventory, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing warehouse operations. The role also leads and motivates a warehouse team, ensures safety compliance, and plans the deployment of people and resources. It requires logistics coordination or similar experience, team leadership experience, strong organizational skills, Dutch and English proficiency, and warehouse-process knowledge; WMS experience is advantageous. The position offers full-time 40-hour employment in a two-shift system, a salary of €2,590.98–€3,238.73 gross per month, leave, travel reimbursement, training, and process-improvement opportunities.
