Description
The Warehouse Dispatcher Control oversees gate operations, coordinates outgoing deliveries, validates dispatch documentation, and supports inventory accuracy. The role handles customer service and client orders at the warehouse entrance, prepares delivery tickets, packing lists, and load sheets, verifies that loaded materials match paperwork and inventory records, resolves discrepancies, supports cycle counts and inventory audits, and coordinates with Inventory and Warehouse teams. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, bilingual English and Spanish fluency, prior warehouse or logistics experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to perform physically demanding warehouse work while following OSHA safety standards.
