PLA is hiring a Box Sorter for its logistics team to manually inspect, break down, label, and palletize boxes for reuse while meeting production goals. The role works the second shift from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and pays a $14.00 per hour guaranteed base rate with uncapped performance incentives. The position requires physical stamina, manual dexterity, attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to lift and move boxes; prior experience is preferred but not required because comprehensive training is provided.
