TruVolt Brands is hiring a full-time Warehouse General Manager in New Castle, Delaware, to lead the warehouse and distribution side of a dual-mission distribution and manufacturing facility. The role owns safety, service, cost, people, budget, P&L, KPIs, staffing, receiving, put-away, inventory, outbound fulfillment, production uptime, OSHA compliance, hazmat documentation, and facility and equipment maintenance. It is a hands-on turnaround leadership position focused on restructuring the organization, rebuilding team morale, reducing reliance on temporary labor, and developing a high-performing permanent workforce while the site continues shipping.
