Description
The Warehouse Inventory Coordinator supports warehouse and production operations by coordinating inventory, receiving, material transactions, shipping, and inventory control. The role resolves vendor and invoice discrepancies, maintains inventory accuracy through cycle counts and adjustments, monitors shortages and replenishments, performs M3 transactions, coordinates deliveries and shipping documentation, and supports material planning and warehouse administration. It is an onsite position requiring a high school diploma or equivalent, strong inventory and warehouse knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; two or more years of relevant experience is preferred. The targeted full-time salary range is $42,000-$54,600.
