Description
The Materials Supervisor leads and coordinates crews and foremen responsible for receiving, identifying, marking, storing, processing, and issuing construction materials. The role maintains records and inventory controls, supports audits, coordinates work sequencing and schedules, and ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality performance. It requires at least five years of relevant experience for level I and six-plus years for level II, along with knowledge of warehousing, specifications, safety, and quality standards. The position involves hard physical work, including shifts up to 12 hours, climbing and working on scaffolds, lifting up to 50 pounds, and using personal protective equipment.
