York Design Group is hiring a Warehouse Lead for its York, Pennsylvania facility on the second shift, Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The role coordinates daily warehouse workflow, guides warehouse associates, supports receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, loading and unloading, and supplies raw materials to departments. It requires prior warehouse experience, forklift operation experience, a high school diploma or GED, English proficiency, and the ability to perform frequent heavy lifting and other physical warehouse tasks.
