Misfits Market is hiring a Warehouse Lead to provide front-line support for its production team, communicate daily goals and safety briefings, delegate personnel, enforce SQF food-safety and Good Distribution Practices, conduct quality-control inspections, coordinate inventory replenishment, and escalate hazards. The role works Saturday through Wednesday from 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., requires refrigerated-environment experience, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive standing, squatting, kneeling, and bending, and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
