CJ Logistics is hiring a Warehouse Lead for its 2nd shift in McDonough, Georgia. The role supervises and coordinates warehouse associates, forklift operators, and support staff; coaches and trains employees; conducts audits and monitors procedures; assists with scheduling and labor allocation; resolves conflicts; and supports smooth day-to-day warehouse operations. The position requires at least three years of related work experience, knowledge of CJ Logistics warehouse procedures, and the ability to coach, delegate, and improve processes. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, with pay of $22.69 per hour plus a $0.50 shift differential, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
