DAP is hiring a Warehouse Lead for its Baltimore Distribution Center to direct bare works, re-pack, small parcel, and special-project activities under the Operations Manager. The role manages projects and temporary workforce, maintains safety and procedure compliance, supports administrative and materials-management functions, and performs additional warehouse tasks. Candidates need 1–2 years of warehouse lead or similar experience, forklift and pallet-jack operation, physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds, and familiarity with RF guns, shrink-wrapping, CRT, SATO printers, bills of lading printers, and hand tools. The pay range is $21.68 to $30.35 per hour, with pension, 401(k) matching, health, dental, and vision insurance, paid parental leave, and other benefits.
