Description
The Lead Warehouse Associate leads and coaches a warehouse team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, operating lift trucks and hand trucks, coordinating driver access and workload distribution, handling inventory and invoice data entry, and enforcing safety, GMP, and SQF policies. The role requires team-cooperation experience, Microsoft Office and Google Sheets proficiency, clear communication, a high school diploma or GED, age 18 or older, and certification for power material-handling equipment. It is a full-time position with two available shifts, a Colorado pay range of $23.75 per hour, and benefits including a 401K company match, paid time off, sick leave, and health and wellness benefits.
