Description
The Warehouse Lead serves as the day-to-day operations lead for a produce warehouse in Pharr, Texas, reporting to the Director of Operational Execution. The role oversees inventory visibility and accuracy, receiving and shipping, pallet de-stacking and re-stacking, inventory discrepancies, grower quality concerns, QA inspections using Clarifresh, and the training, scheduling, and delegation of hourly staff. It is a full-time permanent position working Monday through Saturday, requiring 3 to 5+ years of operations or distribution experience, strong leadership and communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to perform physically demanding warehouse work.
