Description
The Warehouse Lead assists management in coordinating distribution-center warehouse activities, provides leadership and supervision to associates, oversees production and quality control, trains new associates, monitors daily performance, and develops and motivates the team. The role works 3:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., pays $21.10 per hour initially and up to $23.46 per hour after 12 months, and requires a high school diploma or GED, related experience or training, warehouse-management software knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly and heavier product with moving aids.
