Description
The Cooler Warehouse Supervisor leads shift employees and oversees cooler-floor operations, including product location, rotation, quality, inventory, load-out coordination, scheduling, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. The role also performs warehouse tasks such as operating pallet jacks and forklifts when not in charge of a shift. A high school diploma or equivalent and supervisory experience are required; warehouse experience is preferred. The position pays $24.00-$27.00 and requires work in a cold environment of 32 to 39 degrees.
