Highland Spring Group is hiring a Warehouse Lead Operator at The Fells site in Lennoxtown. The role provides day-to-day supervision to warehouse Operators and Advanced Operators, supports safe and efficient receipt, storage, palletisation, and dispatch of materials and finished goods, uses Syteline for inventory and transaction processing, and deputises for the Team Leader. It operates on a continuous 4-on, 4-off day shift from 8am to 8pm and requires bottling or production-environment experience, at least six months at Operator B level, strong health and safety and food safety awareness, IT skills, communication, and knowledge of Lean manufacturing tools.
