Description
ID Logistics is hiring a Warehouse Logistics Supervisor / Team Leader to coordinate daily warehouse operations, train employees on occupational safety, security, and quality standards, monitor task completion and team motivation, coordinate with supervisors and shift leaders, enforce safety requirements, and implement process improvements. The role is based at the new logistics center in Estorf near Hanover and requires leadership experience or vocational training in logistics, WMS experience, excellent German skills, shift willingness, and strong teamwork and analytical abilities.
