Our Daily Bread Ministries is hiring a full-time, on-site Warehouse/Machine Operator – Level 2 (Flex) in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The role supports warehouse, fulfillment, mailing, and print operations by restocking pick-face locations, picking and staging orders, loading and unloading shipments, operating powered equipment and fulfillment machines, verifying inventory, preparing shipping documentation, and maintaining inventory records. The position requires at least two years of warehousing, shipping, or receiving experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, intermediate computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
