Description
The Maintenance I (Custodian) reports to the Plant Manager and performs general facility upkeep, sanitation, janitorial work, and minor maintenance in a warehouse environment. Responsibilities include cleaning floors, sanitizing restrooms, removing trash, vacuuming and dusting office areas, maintaining grounds, assisting with equipment and furniture, monitoring pest-control devices, and completing maintenance checklists. The role requires physical ability to perform manual labor, attention to detail, reliable attendance, and willingness to work in varying weather and warehouse conditions.
