The role involves disassembling and reassembling equipment, troubleshooting operational inefficiencies, using hand and power tools, coordinating parts and services, and supporting equipment installation. Candidates need a high school diploma or two years of similar experience, basic mechanical, electrical, painting, HVAC, and minor structural repair knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform physically demanding warehouse work.
