Description
The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate incoming and outgoing goods, transport planning, order processing, production supply, inventory accuracy, and relationships with carriers, suppliers, and warehouse partners. The role leads eight colleagues, including seven warehouse operatives and a warehouse officer, and supports employee development through coaching, motivation, and performance reviews. Candidates should have at least five years of logistics or warehouse experience, including leadership experience, familiarity with WMS and MS Office, fluent Dutch, strong process and analytical skills, and experience with transport equipment.
