Description
The Warehouse Operations Manager directs and manages warehouse operations, including inventory, production scheduling, raw materials, work-in-process, finished goods, equipment, third-party warehousing, employee relations, safety, quality, loss control, transportation, and customer and vendor coordination. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, five years of experience in dairy or food production, manufacturing, industrial process operations, or an equivalent combination, and experience with ERP systems; a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing or a related field and three years of supervisory experience are preferred.
