Description
The Warehouse Manager oversees and optimizes warehouse operations across logistics, inbound and outbound shipping, receiving, material handling, and inventory control. The role leads and develops warehouse leadership, manages staffing and workforce planning, maintains inventory accuracy, coordinates with production and supply chain partners, monitors costs and transportation providers, and implements continuous improvement and safety initiatives. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least five years of progressive warehouse, logistics, distribution, or materials management experience, with on-site work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
